Terrain
Response 2 AUTO system monitoring driving conditions every second and
automatically selecting the driving modes to achieve the best possible
transmission, suspension, engine and traction settings for maximum control in
all road surfaces. With the “AUTO mode included in Terrain Response® 2,
you get a lot of Land Rover engineering technology with the simple push or
turn of a shift lever. All Terrain Progress Control (ATPC) is a low speed,
cruise control feature for all road conditions operating between 1mph and
18mph. It is an autonomous system requiring no pedal inputs from the driver
and is effective on all types of slippery surface including wet grass, snow,
ice and dirt roads.
